Responsibilities:
- SAP Security role cleanup.
- Acting as a liaison between the SAP Security Team and other business teams to meet business needs while providing a secure and auditable SAP Environment
- Ensuring the SAP Security Administration team achieves target SLA's, Audit Compliance, management defined performance metrics, and provides input to all SAP Security related policies, procedures, control sets, and best practices
- Coordinating continued deployment of ongoing projects and deployments to ensure compliance with security methodology and design requirements
- Review SAP application security profiles to assess how application security is being used as a part of the overall business process control environment
- Perform segregation of duties testing on SAP application security profiles
- Provide project management and implementation guidance, training and support for SAP Security initiatives
- Assess system controls related to financial audits and internal audit reviews
- Co-ordinate activities with the offshore security administrator teams
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of overall SAP Security experience around ECC, BI, CRM, APO , HR, EP, xRPM, GTS
- Ability to analyze the business and functional requirements
- In-Depth understanding of position based roles, user based roles, Structural Authorization and Portal roles
- Expertise in Composite roles, Derived roles and Custom Function Modules.
- Must have good understanding and experience in both Technical and Functional aspects of SAP Security
- Prior auditing, SAP functional experience, and SAP GRC or VIRSA application experience a plus
- Bachelors / Masters Degree in IT or equivalent fields
